Peter's story

A former Army Consultant in Public Health Medicine/Communicable Disease Control, Peter came to LJMU having decided to pursue an academic career in Astronomy/Astrophysics.

I was pretty well prepared for postgraduate study and this is my third postgraduate degree -although it is the first that I have studied via distance learning.

Programme lectures have been very interesting and well delivered. The course organisation has been really good and it has been easy to get advice.

I was assigned a lecturer for pastoral support whilst academic support has been available from module leaders and other lecturers via online discussion boards and email.

All in all I would thoroughly recommend the MSc Astrophysics to anyone thinking of studying at postgraduate level.”
